Introduction
Jeremy Dear, NUJ General Secretary effectively unelected and sociopathic, promotes diabolical Marxist ideologies and promotes an NUJ leftist maxim: From each according to their inabilities, to each according to their greed. With totalitarian control protec ted by Roy Martin Mincoff a rogue lawyer, NUJ staff members live in fear of their retribution and many elected officers have found it easier and more lucrative to become sycophants than to challenge them under NUJ rules and established law.
In common with most sociopaths, Dear encounters legal difficulties due to his disregard (or ignorance) of societal standards and the rights of individuals. He often commits criminal offenses with impunity. Devoid of morals or conscience, he does not experience a full range of human emotions which explains the lack of empathy and the suffering that he causes especially among NUJ staff and elderly or disabled NUJ members. He remains indifferent to the possibility of physical pain or punishment and shows no remorse or fear; this explains the apparent disregard for the consequences of his actions and disregard for the havoc that he wreaks upon NUJ members.

As with most dysfunctional leaders, Dear turns lying and obfuscation into a universal principle to attain his economic and political goals. As a pathological liar, he now believes every word that he utters and does not show the inner conflict that he has with truth. Cynically, he manipulates both union members and NUJ staff - the former by false sincerity and the latter by fear and abuse.
Anarchy

Anarchy and apathy have resulted in an out-of-control, extreme left cabal of National Union of Journalists (NUJ) executive officers with a total disregard for rules and law. Current practices allow subliterate people to occupy important positions then impose an extreme left dogma to the detriment of a majority of members. [Chris Wheal]
A political theory, anarchy holds all forms of governmental authority unnecessary and undesirable. It advocates a society based on voluntary cooperation and free association of individuals and groups despite rules and laws to the contrary. It destroys democracy in favor of special interest groups.
NUJ has descended to a level of lawlessness and disorder. Members can only rectify the situation by changing the procedure for proposing and seconding NEC candidates and then enforcing compulsory voting. The present NUJ electoral system allows a pernicious minority to gain election through the apathy or lethargy of members who do not stand for election or vote. [Anarchy and Apathy]

Without using union procedures (or alternatively frustrating them by unlawfully interpreting them), Dear denies due process of law to any member that challenges his arbitrary and politically expedient practices. For example, with his recent arbitrary actions he: denied members legal and other services for which they paid dues; cancelled an international press card arbitrarily; refused access to documents that prove misappropriation of funds; prevented access to the member section of NUJ web site; denied legal representation; harassed elderly members; prohibited access to Southport ADM without cause; and, promoted a Marxist splinter group using NUJ resources contrary to international trade union rules.
During NUJ fiscal year 2009: a time of recession and unemployment with reduced NUJ membership; a £4 million asset loss; and, a decision to increase member dues; Dear received a 6% salary/benefits increase plus travel expenses and subsistence: a raise of £4,359.00 (5.56%). [NUJ Annual Returns]
Derogation
Principal Dear sycophant, Michelle Stanistreet, Deputy General Secretary (an unqualified and inexperienced official who claims qualifications as a journalist but will not release a copy of her curriculum vitae to substantiate her claims) has proved herself subliterate in correspondence. She parrots Dear’s politically expedient theories to the detriment of the public good. As a sleazy slag-off, she repeatedly derogates a long-standing NUJ/IFJ member when he writes for the public good. [Derogation]
Stanistreet maliciously disseminated libel to officials and members of the international trade union movement about the author which alone provides grounds for her impeachment and recently took part in illegal proceedings by unlawfully using NUJ rules and procedures to obstruct justice. Dear, and rogue lawyer Roy Martin Mincoff (#112029 NUJ in-house solicitor) have repeatedly employed a pattern or practice of obstruction of justice during the past decade. By that, NUJ officials and administrators have descended to a level of lawlessness and disorder.

Mincoff, presently subject to investigation by Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for gross professional misconduct and other alleged criminal activities that relate to the criminal referrals, continues to support Dear and Stanistreet and, in their machination. Paul Holleran, NUJ Scottish Organiser has condoned alleged criminal activity by Glasgow NUJ officers which formed the basis for Strathclyde and Metropolitan (Camden) police referrals. Apparently in retaliation for filing those referrals, NUJ officials referred new false and misleading criminal allegations against the author according to Metropolitan Police (Camden). False and malicious, the allegations exposed the member to risk of arrest, imprisonment pending trial, and possible wrongful conviction and sentence. By that, NUJ attempted either to preempt or to evade police investigation of the criminal referrals already recorded against them, thereby perverting the course of justice. [The Plod Thickens]
Mincoff adopted similar illegal tactics to those a mafia used a decade ago to silence the author after he exposed crimes in Seattle. That mafia filed false and malicious criminal charges against the member with police which resulted in him going to jail for 111 days. Nine judges in Washington Supreme Court unanimously absolved him of any wrongdoing by writing articles that exposed mafia crimes. Mincoff, Dear, and Stanistreet have followed suit.
Repeated insolent and evasive acts of derogation by Jeremy Dear against members with legitimate complaints show an unlawful pattern or practice. The term “derogation” defines as: communication that belittles and deviates or partially takes away the effectiveness of laws or rules. Wrongful use of language which evades a responsibility to investigate complaints exhaustively and without bias translates into obstruction of justice.
By that, Mincoff and Dear have attempted to conceal unlawful prior restraint and professional misconduct. The number and frequency of those acts reveals a pattern or practice which left no alternative but to file a request for investigation under Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and other legislation.
Neglect to provide due process under NUJ rules forced the member to elevate the issues to International Federation of Journalists which justified a further complaint to the Commissioner for the Rights of Trade Union members and/or a public inquiry into a conspiracy by NUJ officials and officers. In a consort with UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), NUJ allegedly perverted the course of justice in violation of Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992; Fraud Act 2006; Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006; Vienna Convention on Consular Relations; and, Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Under normal circumstances, a libelous email excerpt from a published Associated Press article would receive the contempt that it deserves. However, circulating false, defamatory, and misleading information as part of a campaign of character assassination, personal vilification, and discrimination calls for definite legal action to curb what effectively amounts to total anarchy.
Dear had no reason to investigate the author’s credentials other than to support his own perversion of justice with a loaded request for information. If he had a genuine interest in the truth, then he could have found it on the web site and in court documents. He broke one of the first rules of journalism by deliberately not considering the source; however, he had an ulterior motive.
Dear could also have read the independently produced FreePaulTrummel website published by National Writers Union (NWU) member Joe Harkins and others while Dear and Kirby allowed the author to languish in jail. Written as a result of Harkins own research, FreePaulTrummel independently rebutted the content of the propaganda article that Dear quoted in an attempt to derogate the NUJ member. NWU stands in the same affiliate relationship with IFJ as NUJ and many other unions internationally.

If Dear had taken the trouble to read internationally published material (2002) by: Aidan White, General Secretary, International Federation of Journalists (IFJ), Jonathan Tasini, General Secretary, National Writers Union (NWU); and Joe Harkins, then he would have known that the jailing constituted nothing more than a frame-up to validate propaganda. It challenged published information by defaming the author, a fact that Philip Sutcliffe, LFB/NEC officer knew at the time.
When Harkins published FreePaulTrummel, Dear did nothing to support his effort; instead, he collaborated in a media blackout with Tim Gopsill (then editor of The Journalist). He recently muckraked the same information to find and extract statements out of context that suited his current purpose to derogate the author and to cover-up his eight-year neglect to provide support in matters that affect all journalists. By that, Dear exhibited thoroughly dishonest, unethical, and disingenuous behavior which indicates that he should not hold a high union position. He has manipulated rules to suit his own purposes to the detriment of members. He also has a personal conflict of interest in his association with the Labour party which adversely affects union members.
In effect, Dear used the content he excerpted to illegally derogate with intent to coerce an NUJ member into refraining from demanding his legal rights. It forms part of a campaign of humiliation, degradation, ostracism, and alienation to cover up alleged harassment, incompetence, defamation, and professional misconduct by NUJ officials. Mincoff has repeatedly attempted to delay and deny justice. His email messages represent another attempt to harass and intimidate using false and misleading criteria.
Dear disseminated derogatory and false content from a libelous and demeaning article planted with Associated Press by a Seattle mafia stringer. That article, one of several, appeared at the same time as more than nine hundred positive and supportive news articles that appeared across Europe; however, Dear chose to derogate the member by excerpting derogatory material out of context.
Concurrently, Mincoff uses a time warp to give a false impression of recent happenings while disseminating libelous information about events that occurred over a thirty year period. Time warps distort meaning by maliciously moving events from one time period to another. Dear and Mincoff have emulated the lead of Judge James A Doerty who downloaded unsubstantiated defamatory information from the Internet relating to homophobia out of context then entered it into evidence to support sending the author to solitary confinement.
Queer Connection
A point worth noting. Nowhere in anything published has the author referred to homosexuals as having a sexual dysfunction. That came from a perjured legal declaration without substantiation by Stephen A Mitchell, Council House administrator who swore:
In article, (sic) there are continued accusations of corruption, mental illness, sexual dysfunction, violence, fascism, persecution, military discipline, coercion, faking evidence, racism, bigotry, assault, blackmail, victimization, Islamic terrorism, theft, intolerance, and insidiousness.
Except for the sexual dysfunction statement, the content amounted to verified and validated fact on topics that all journalists write about. The allusion to homophobia relates to two articles about Michael Johnson (40±) a “rent boy” who sexually serviced an elderly, male Council House tenant. Mitchell later illegally employed Johnson as a Kapo (house thug) to terrorize other tenants and gave him an apartment although all tenants should attain the age of 62 for eligibility.
James A Doerty, a token homosexual judge who outed himself with a Lesbian to gain appointment to the judiciary (Washington state had intent to give an impression of a diverse judiciary) manipulated a routine article about homosexuality (peer reviewed by a leading homosexual professor in Canada before publication) into a homophobic offense. The author published:
Johnson evidently meets none of the HUD criteria for residency. HUD rules do not allow Audrey Dunbar the rental manager to admit queer partners based upon their sexual proclivity or to avoid criticism from gay political pressure groups. The practice grants unequal rights, privileges, and protections based upon how a person has sex and with whom they have it. Dunbar has evidently extended residency privileges to a violent individual probably based upon Mitchell's alleged sexual empathy and has ignored HUD rules in the process. The language entered into evidence to derogate and support solitary confinement which included charges of homophobia read:

Outing violent queers essentially warns potential victims about threats to influence or intimidate people with heterosexual religious or moral views.

Council House attorney Brad Spear and Mitchell coerced twenty-one elderly people to file perjury and Doerty moved the author to solitary confinement where guards tortured him. An elderly person (name withheld to hold harmless) published the draft article and distributed it by mail with mistakenly good intent while the author languished in solitary confinement. Doerty accused the author of mailing the article while locked down 23-hours a day in maximum security incommunicado: a rank impossibility.
Conclusion
Clair S Kirby (Mincoff’s predecessor as in-house solicitor now working at Thompsons Solicitors, the NUJ lawyers) and Dear did absolutely nothing about the unlawful imprisonment and have since covered up their dereliction and that of HM British Consul by multiple prior restraint supported by derogation. Mincoff makes politically expedient decisions regardless of rules and law by preemption of due process and obstruction of justice. Unable to put words together themselves, Dear and Stanistreet parrot everything that Mincoff tells them and NUJ illegal activity (which includes fraud, computer crime and money laundering) has now reached proportions which could easily classify as organised crime normally investigated by Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA).
Mincoff has effectively used similar tactics to those a mafia used a decade ago to silence the member after he exposed crimes in Seattle. That mafia filed false and malicious criminal charges against the member with police which resulted in him going to jail. A Washington Supreme Court unanimous finding by nine judges (30 Mar 06) absolved him of any wrongdoing. Mincoff, in a consort with Dear and Stanistreet, has now adopted similar illegal tactics to cover up crimes committed by NUJ officials.
